I love going to France at any time of the year, but last weekend was lovely in that the shops were full of things that we don't normally have at home to celebrate New Year. I'm always on the look-out for ideas to make in class for Christmas decorations: this is what I made with my class this year. We sold them at our PTFA Christmas Market yesterday and they virtually flew off the table! Take 10 en francais, Take 10 en espanol, Take 10 auf Deutsch, Take Mali, Take 10 en famille and Take Phonics en francais have been hugely successful and are now used all over the country!
We've been collecting lots of ideas for different celebrations that you can share with your class throughout the year, inlcuding the European Day of Languages, April Fool's day and of course Christmas and Easter.
